See what you've stopped seeing.

Some things become so familiar that we stop questioning them.

The automatic yes.

The constant remembering.
The way everyone else's needs find their way into your day.

These reflections give you a little space to look again.

Understand what's really going on

Not everything you do needs to change.

Some of these patterns have served you well.

The point is to understand what you've become accustomed to carrying and doing —

and what that may be asking of you.

Make room for yourself too.

Not instead of the people you love.

Not by becoming less generous or less dependable.

Simply by beginning to ask: "What about me?"

Because you are part of the life you're building too.

Woman's Month Edition

R197

once off

  • 21 mornings where you get a few minutes to yourself.
Just a few quiet minutes to stop and think about you.

  • A reason to pause and ask, “What about me?”
Because without that pause, it is so easy to get through another day taking care of everything and everyone else.

  • A chance to notice the things you do without thinking.
The automatic yes. The making of plans around everyone else. The things you keep putting off.

  • Permission to question what has simply become normal.
Not to change everything. Not to follow a formula. Just to ask yourself, “Why do I do this?” and “What is this costing me?”

  • A chance to see yourself differently in the life you've built.
You don't have to stop being the woman people can count on. You begin to notice where you can be part of the consideration too.

  • 21 days to have a conversation with yourself that is very easy to keep putting off.
Because there is always something else that needs your attention.

A few things you may be wondering about

Is this a course?

No.

There are no lessons to complete and nothing you need to study.

Each morning, you'll receive one reflection to read and sit with for a few minutes. Then you carry on with your day.

What if I'm actually happy with my life?

Then there may be nothing here for you to fix.

This isn't about finding what's wrong.

Sometimes your life can be good, you're coping well, and yet there are questions about yourself that you haven't stopped to ask for a very long time.

These reflections give you somewhere to sit with those questions.

Is this about learning to put myself first?

Not quite.

We don't believe you need to choose yourself instead of the people and responsibilities that matter to you.

The question is whether you are considering yourself too.

There is a difference.

Will these reflections tell me what I should change?

No.

Your life is yours.

The reflections are there to help you recognise patterns, understand them more deeply and consider what they mean for you.

What you do with that understanding is yours to decide.

Why 21 days?

Because one reflection is a thought.

Twenty-one gives you time to notice the thought returning in different parts of your life.

At home.

In your relationships.

In the decisions you make.

In the things you say yes to.

In the moments when everyone else seems to come to mind before you do.

The intention isn't to finish 21 days and become a different woman.

It's to begin seeing your own patterns more clearly.

When does it start?

You can begin whenever you're ready.

Once you purchase the edition, your first reflection will arrive the following morning.

Then one reflection will arrive each morning for 21 days.
